The mood was exploratory, not euphoric \u2013 focused on resilience and traction, not hype. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335551550\":0,\"335551620\":0,\"335559738\":240,\"335559739\":240}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">At the same time, I was already deeply involved in several finance searches:<\/span> <\/p><ul><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">For a pre-seed WealthTech, I placed a co-managing director with regulatory experience who successfully led the company through the BaFin licensing process.<\/span> <\/li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">  I also filled the position of Compliance Officer in the same setup.<\/span><\/li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Around the same time, a global tech group asked me to support a search for a Head of Accounting with IFRS fast-close experience.<\/span>
