data-end=\"1300\">The EU AI Act is currently in the implementation phase for high-risk applications in recruiting. For companies, this means above all that the use of existing recruiting software should now be reviewed in a structured manner. The decisive factor is not whether AI is used, but <strong data-start=\"1242\" data-end=\"1249\">how<\/strong> it prepares or influences decisions.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1307\" data-end=\"1680\">In particular, companies should currently have clarity about which tools are used in recruiting, which functions are automated and where a human decision applies. Equally relevant are transparency towards applicants, documented responsibilities and comprehensible processes for dealing with AI-supported results. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1687\" data-end=\"1999\">The EU AI Act does not require a complete redesign of existing recruiting processes, but rather a <strong data-start=\"1791\" data-end=\"1837\">structured classification and documentation<\/strong>.
